Oh humble beginnings, the days of VCR, tape and floppy are behind us but lets not forget where we came from. Without these, admittedly terrible pieces of technology we would not be where we are today. Michael Eisner once said "There's no good idea that cannot be improved on." As long as we keep thinking like that today's technology will eventually go the way of the floppy disk and the VCR, and that my friends is a beautiful thing.
