For the last couple of years I have been following a product that isn’t getting the press or the fanfare it deserves. The Intel NUC (pronounced nook, and stands for Next Unit of Computing) is a four inch by four inch device that packs a serious punch.

Last week the Security and Exchange Commission shut down a worldwide pyramid scheme that was targeting Asian-American, Hispanic and foreign investors promising high returns for investments from cloud computing services. WCM and WCM777, the companies behind the scheme, raised more than $65 million in 2013. They promised gullible investors that they could double their money in 100 days by investing anywhere from $300 to $1,999 in cloud services.

The Typo keyboard, a keyboard attachment for iPhone backed by Ryan Seacrest earns its first sales injunction

Blackberry earned a prelimianry sales injunction against the Ryan Seacrest backed Typo keyboard attachment for iPhone, reports Reuters. Blackberry filed the suit in January due to "blatant infringement" of the Blackberry keyboard.

After a quick glance at the keyboard attachment it is obvious where Blackberry is seeing similarities, which is why there is a sales ban for now.
